Dan Küffer
Vice President, Customer Success
Dan Küffer is responsible for ensuring that Higher Digital’s clients derive maximum value from the suite of services. He does this by fostering strong relationships, providing exceptional customer experiences, and driving successful outcomes. He is focused on strategy development, relationship management, project delivery oversight, customer engagement, customer advocacy, and metrics and reporting.
Küffer’s background includes 21 years’ service as an officer in the Australian Army Signals Corps, during which time he deployed to Bougainville, Sinai Peninsula, Iraq, and Dubai. A career highlight was 18 months embedded with the United States Department of Defense Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO) based in the Pentagon, where Küffer met his wife. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2014 and since then has been consulting in the education, finance, broadcast, health, publishing, and non-profit sectors.
Küffer is a highly disciplined and focused technical executive with significant experience leading teams and managing relationships to solve tough problems. He has expertise in Information Systems, Project Management, and Strategy. Dan is currently focused on Strategic Portfolio Management, Change Management and Identity and Access Management.
Küffer holds a B.A. from the Australian Defence Force Academy, and two master’s degrees from the University of New South Wales. He has certifications as ITIL 3.0 Professional, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Associate.
