As a consultant with Higher Digital, Nash’s current work supports higher ed institutions in the identification and implementation of technology that can assist with the development/delivery of competency-based education programs. He has helped public and private organizations improve their outcomes through the tools of Performance Improvement Technology, professional development, and just-in-time supports.​

Prior to joining Higher Digital, Nash served as Dean of Academic Affairs & Professional Development for the California Virtual Campus, helping California community colleges develop and improve their online programs and providing faculty training in online course design and delivery.​

Before CVC, Nash served as the Associate Dean of Distance Learning and Professional Development at Coastline College in Fountain Valley, CA. He also supervised Coastline’s TEACh3 (teacher prep) program, the instructional design and faculty support unit, and taught online student readiness courses. Nash holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and a M.S.Ed. in instructional technology from the University of Southern California’s Rossier School of Education.​
