Renee Pacini is the Director of Product Management for Higher Digital, leading our product team in building solutions to meet the needs of customers seeking strategic alignment of people and projects.

The throughline for Pacini’s career is her focus on helping clients achieve their objectives, all for the betterment of alumni and student engagement and outcomes. She has spent the last 30 years in higher education ed-tech, leading product strategy, client success and implementation consulting teams, including leadership roles in client experience and product marketing at Anthology for seven years and product management and strategy at Ellucian for more than 20 years. She is passionate about building lasting relationships that manifest into trusted partnerships.

Pacini is certified with Pragmatic Institute as a product manager and holds an MSA in Training and Development from West Chester University and an executive MBA from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
