Tom McGarry

Tom McGarry provides executive technology leadership across Higher Digital’s product and platform investments. With more than 25 years of experience architecting large-scale software systems and building high-performing engineering organizations, he shapes the technical architecture, engineering strategy, and technology direction behind (SEA)Results and Higher Digital’s broader technology portfolio.

Prior to Higher Digital, McGarry served as CTO at Second Nature Brands, SVP of Technology at EverCommerce, and Founder and CTO of Market Hardware, where he built technology organizations from the ground up. He is recognized for translating complex technical challenges into competitive advantages and holds multiple technology patents.

McGarry holds credentials in Applied Data Science from MIT, an M.S. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University, and degrees in Materials Science and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia.
