Erica McQuiston has over 20 years of experience working primarily in Higher Education, with a focus on system implementation, integration, and process improvement. She has worked with teams around the world, implementing complex systems for both brick and mortar and online institutions. McQuiston is a self-motivated, team-first professional with extensive operations and management consulting experience.

Before joining Higher Digital, McQuiston was Director of Management Consulting at Think Consulting in Baltimore, MD, where she led a team of over 20 consultants providing support to companies from various industries achieve their goals. Prior to that, she was the Director of Systems Integration at Laureate Education where she led a team to implement a best of breed ERP solution, including Ellucian Banner, for over 11 universities around the world.

McQuiston has a proven track record of designing operations around data and developing and implementing strategic plans. Her team-first approach shines in everything she does. She has also coached Agile teams to find their way and be effective.

McQuiston has certifications in SAFe Product Owner Project Manager (POPM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), and she is a CMMI Associate. She has a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Maryland, College Park.
