Mindy has been a Senior Banner Developer for Higher Digital since 2022. Her expertise includes accurately interpreting customers’ requirements and offering the best way to meet those needs, providing robust coding based on customer inputs.

Zou has more than 11 years’ experience in Banner Higher Education Software (including General, Student, Account Receivable, Banner Self Service, Operational Database Warehouse, Banner Workflow, Degree Work) and more than 7 years of experience developing using Agile software methodology.

Zou earned her Master of Computer Science degree from San Diego State University.
