Two of the biggest challenges in the education and communication of your digital aspirations are… 1) time and 2) credibility. Time – a small team or single change agent cannot realistically transform an organization without the help of leadership and other stakeholders in full, vocal support and even there you still face major challenges.

This leads me to… credibility – many times the internal messenger is undercut by those comfortable with the status quo. Not many like and embrace change. Engaging with those inside and outside can dramatically help you push the necessary changes your customers, students, faculty, and clients expect and need.
